Richard C. Mosty
Richard Mosty received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University in 1976, graduating with honors. After working as Assistant District Attorney for nine counties in the 198th and 216th Judicial Districts from 1976 to 1978, during which he tried many cases to jury verdict both as a prosecutor and defense attorney. These cases included five capital murder cases tried to jury verdict, which included voir dire examinations of over 1,000 prospective jurors. This background provides unprecedented experience in jury selection.
Richard has focused on Civil Law since the mid 1980’s. Richard has tried almost every type of civil case to jury verdict. Richard is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Specialization, and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Richard has been consistently named as a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly since 2006.
