Mosty has practiced law since 1976, with a trial practice primarily in fiduciary, commercial, real estate, business, consumer banking and lender liability, and a broad range of commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He is a board certified civil trial lawyer who has successfully prosecuted and defended suits involving multimillion dollar claims. Additionally, he is a trained mediator and has substantial experience as a mediator and advocate in a full range of litigation. Richard has served as lead counsel in a variety of jury and non-jury trials to verdicts, including fiduciary claims and defenses, personal injury, tort claims, automobile accidents, will contests, tax appraisals, fraud, DTPA, easement disputes, professional malpractice, UCC and banking, slander, self-insured workers compensation, real estate title and valuations, contract, and construction litigation.
